Dr. Shibe Frans Teffo completed a B.Sc Degree in 1992 and a MB.Ch.B Degree in 1998 at the Medical University of South Africa.

After completion of community service, he co-founded his private practice in 2001 in Ellisras (now Lephalale).
In 2005 he acquired the postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health (DOH) at the University of the Witwatersrand.

The DOH qualification enabled Shibe to run and service the Occupational Health Clinics of MATIMBA Power Station and the newly built MEDUPI Power Station until 2010, taking care of more than 20000 employees.

Shibe joined the Pietersburg Hospital Emergency Unit in 2011 after relocating. In 2013, he co-founded PALM HEALTH MEDI-CENTRE, a practice that he is still part of to date.

PALM HEALTH also renders Occupational Health Services to companies and employees countrywide. Shibe is still a member of the Emergency Team at the biggest hospital in Limpopo.

He has special interest in ultrasound skills with certification, and that has translated into vibrant Antenatal Clinic services offered at PALM HEALTH MEDI-CENTRE.

To date, PALM HEALTH MEDI-CENTRE still offers top notch medical services to the population of Polokwane and sorrounding areas.
